Shipping policy
Sleepypod will ship your order in the shipping method chosen at checkout. Our processing time can usually can take up to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays when inventory is available. When you select a shipping method we guarantee that we will use that shipping company and method, unfortunately we can't guarantee the delivery time since that is beyond our control. Flat shipping method is a ground shipping method that will include a tracking number.
Shipping Claims
Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly. Please contact our customer service for more information. Should your organization or office refuse delivery of any package, and the package is returned to us, we will treat this as a refund (see Return Policy). If you would like us to redeliver, you will need to place another order with us.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. Please keep in mind that any customs and local-carrier delays are beyond our control. Any taxes or duties on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to mark international shipments as gifts or lower the declared value, even if your country charges taxes or duties at the border.
